What Chem did you use at 3% on the concrete? SH? I have a 1 year old concrete job coming up. Will this method remove tire marks as well or should I plan on having to brush? Thanks.
Hey, i just ran across tour channel. I am looking ti vet into house washing as a source of income. You make it look easy and you are a great teacher. I was wondering bow much total would i have to spwnd to get a rig set yp like ypurs? Im sure its its a lot but i wreally want to know. Thanks for all the time you give us you tube viewers
I was using Harbor Freights Super Heavy Duty Degreaser the other day and I had to apply, scrub, and rinse multiple times to get the spots off. Was using it straight with no water added. Should I apply a heavier coat to solve this?
Mike, I was wondering what psi your gauge read on your 8 GPM machine without a gun hooked up to it? I recently bought a 19 inch Wisper Wash Classic surface cleaner 4 nozzle #2502 tips like yours, and it's not hovering over the concrete. I think my psi is to low.
I’m just a homeowner that does everything I can by myself and have been watching several of your old videos and others as well. I just started using SH downstreaming to clean my siding and was curious as to why you didn’t use SH at 3 or 4 percent to clean the gutters?
Great question. The SH is for organic growth only. The house had very little (if any) organic growth. You will only get about 1% SH when downstreaming.
Got a letter from my HOA that our gutters need cleaning. It got the tiger stripes and more. Its about 15 years old and the house is located in south Florida. Need some help, tips, solutions. TIA
Mike, your videos are great. How do you handle shot gun spores from artillery fungus. I have a wash company and it’s always a unpleasant conversation with the homeowner having to tell them you can’t remove them, just wanted to hear your thoughts on that’s
I had shotgun spores on my white porch rails a few years ago from mulch. After lots of research I found that Easy Off oven cleaner sprayed on and allowed to soak a while and a Mr Clean magic eraser and lots of elbow grease took them off . There were literally hundredsor maybe thousands of them on 6 rail sections. It took me several afternoons after work to scrub them off. I did get rid of the mulch after that. A 3200 psi pressure washer brought some off the siding. Lesson learned to never put mulch close to house again.
I know it's cliche and cheap to say but LA Awesome is ALL I use on gutters and I even pour it straight on driveway grease stains. I've used all of the good brands and I don't see any difference. Large, newer grease stains, I mix sodium hydroxide and that is super cost effective. Good job Mike
@@TheFreshRinse Got it, I've seen people in posts stripping the paint off of gutters using LA, as well as Gutter Grenade. I was also thinking of displaying all the different applications that our industry can use LA Awesome for as well =D
@@TheFreshRinse Putting in an order with Russ's tonight, you convinced me to throw some Red Raider in the cart! When's the Fresh Rinse affiliate link coming? ahaha
You want pictures, lol? 18 months is my minimum. My only insurance claim was from etching a year-old driveway with a surface cleaner. I ended up doing the sanding and saved the day but I don't risk it anymore
