How can I clean sterling earrings at home if I have used the baking soda aluminum foil method multiple times but some tarnish still remains. I tried scrubbing with a toothbrush and baking soda but still remains! I didn’t want to scrub too hard as not to ruin them. I then tried polishing with a cloth, but still! I am now using an eraser but it is time consuming, and finger hurting from uneven surfaces lol what can I do? And why didn’t the aluminum trick remove all the tarnish as it usually does?
