@@ishikapatidar8127 in amazon there are wax for braces you should use for cutting in mouth it will help you lot,and pls eat soft food as possible as and take some time for chewing now last session for my braces I am faced lot of problems with braces after elastic rubber treatment there are lot of pain 3 days after tightening so cool
