Thanks for the tips! We totally enjoy my Camp Chef sidekick-type pizza oven. If you turn it over and cook on the other side, the debris will clean off like dust the next time you flip back to the once "dirty" side.
Love my pizza oven.. especially pizza parties we use smaller pizza's so we can cook 2 at a time and people can put their on toppings on and make it a personal pizza.
