Andrea, you inspired me to use Krud Kutter to clean the grout on the kitchen floor. I was going to use toilet bowl cleaner but found the KK instead. It worked really well with very little scrubbing. I just thought I’d pass the tip along. Thank you for being an inspiration.

I have tried everything in the world to clean the curves in the bottom of the bowl where the bowl brush just isn’t flexible enough to reach. Today, I tried a Magic Eraser and it worked! I cut the eraser in half because I knew it would go straight from the toilet bowl to the trash can. I put on a cleaning glove and did not cut off the water. Try it!

THAT is one of the Dumbest Things that I've Ever Heard !!! DON'T Do It !!! ..... It Damages Your Clothes, and Your Washing Machine, and if the Machine is still under Warranty, You're Stuffed !!! ..... Well just when I thought I'd tried it all, I try this hack and it works! Well on my toilet at least. I was so sick and tired of cleaning it and not being able to get those those calcified stains out. The one thing I did different was made a mixture of the dishwasher tablets with hydrogen peroxide and hot water for my shower doors. Sprayed and let it soak for 30 minutes. I got most of the mold in the corners. It's a very minimal problem so I'm hoping with a few more tries, it will be gone entirely. Thank you so much for the tips!!

I've always used vinegar and a nylon scrubby (if scrubbing power is needed) on hard water stains, never had a problem taking them out that way.

Andrea, great info. I actually do the same hack by mixing the same solution (5 tablets) in a 1.5 gallon hdx sprayer and use it to clean all the bathrooms including the shower doors. Amazing!!!

Hydrogen peroxide also works well with cleaning! U can actually hear it sizzle and see it bubble when it's on something moldy, or dirty. And obviously, the peroxide doesn't have any harsh smells. I get mine from the dollar tree, and it's a decent sized bottle. 👌🏻 Thanks for your tips and tricks! I'll be ordering the scrubbing gloves!

I, skeptically, used a dishwasher tab in the bathtub. I had this yellow stain I could not get up. So I scrubbed and let it sit for about 20-30 minutes and BOOM! It’s spotless. Now, I am not normally a bleach or harsh cleaner kind of girl. But I couldn’t take that yellow stain from my hard iron filled water. So...thank you. 😎😎

I use 1/4 Cup baking soda with 1tsp Tea tree oil. Dump in toilet..mix with toilet brush and then add about 1/2 Cup white vinegar. Swish around and then let sit about 10mins. Very cheap and a great way to deep clean the toilet.

If you’ve got a very burnt inside of a saucepan, I’m a as lasts burning food! But fill it with water drop a dishwasher tablet in ( I only use finish) leave over night and the next morning wash out... it totally takes away all the burnt on food with no scrubbing, and it saves throwing saucepans away which I have done in the past! It’s a great hack. Thankyou for the video too! I will be trying this!

I tried this years ago. and it worked been using it ever since. It works really good on shower doors. Great video I clean for a living. Believe me I listen to all tips. The best thing for frosted shower doors only. is Orange glow oil. Just put it on a dry cotton cloth and keep rubbing until it's all gone. And it removes all the soap scum crystal clear. And it's excellent on stainless steel appliances and all stainless steel. Just apply with cotton cloth and buff shiny. Thought I'd let you know that if you didn't already know . that has saved me from a lot of hard scrubbing that's for sure. Take care

Steel wool pieces that fall off the pad will rust and leave orange rust stains everywhere. If you use steel wool make sure you rinse very well and hope that its all down the drain.

It's my understanding that chemicals turning brown can indicate a bad chemical reaction. I'd be very careful before mixing random chemicals, and research a respected source first. Also just cos something is fizzy or has suds doesn't meant that it's actually working. Some chemicals can cancel each other out.

Lovespitbull: Dawn detergent and warm vinegar. Spray shower wall and tub you will see all grime slide down wall.

Grout’s color gradually dissolves away with cleaning. So I would avoid harsh cleaners on your floor. Best to seal your grout when it’s newly installed. You can paint grout lines to restore the color, but it’s a tedious job.

I make my own with 1/2 spray bottle of white vinegar, 1/2 water, a few drops of Dawn and 40 drops of lemon essential oil. No need to scrub tiles or shower doors. Spray and rinse. No drying necessary...no streaks. To disinfect...leave on any area, like counters, for 5 minutes and dry.

I wonder if it has to be that exact dishwasher tablet? I have the Orange pouch and the other liquid pouch by finish, I think the tablet that she used was the finish tablet?

I just wanted to get back to everybody, I have that same exact tablet in my cabinet, that's what I use in my dishwasher and I tell you what I let that sit in my toilet for one whole hour, and it did nothing 😢 what did I do wrong? did I need to let it sit longer? I was really super excited that it would clean the toilet, yes when I moved in the toilet was horrible and I can't find anything that will clean it, just an update thanks so much have a good day🙂
