How to clean your eyelid?
Keeping your eyelids clean is important to maintain good eye hygiene and prevent eye infections. If you're experiencing stickiness and crustiness, it could be a sign of a stye, which can lead to inflammation.
Solutions are readily available in pharmacies and with this video, you can learn how to clean your eyelids the proper way and say goodbye to irritated eyes forever.

As a severe blepharitis sufferer for 25 years I had to finally have eye surgery on both eyes last year to unblock the tear ducts and cut away the excess eye skin. I'm a lot better now and use a daily eye lid cleaner each day. I clean the exact same way as you said.

@@ray-uz1dd do you suffer from rosacea on your face? If you do, it is possible that you have ocular rosacea. It is possible to have this condition without having rosacea of the skin. Symptoms can be frequent styes, dry eyes, stinging eyes, eye infections etc. Maybe read up about it and raise it with an optician or your GP if it sounds similar to what you suffer with. My doctor told me to use baby shampoo to wash my eyelashes, rub gently to clean, then rinse thoroughly. The baby shampoo seems to work for me.

tab and clean once with cotton pad. Then do the same process again. Never used cotton to wipe effected area twice. You wipe once and discard.

I have a issue my eyes are crusty and dirty with this crusty Grey stuff above my eye doesn't affect vision but when people look at me it's a strange look and they always ask me "what's wrong with you're eyes" I've cleaned them with my hands and water and some tissues soaked with hot or cold water ive really changed.

can anyone recommend any eyelid cleansers? i’ve never experienced eyelid inflammation or anything, but i did realise that my eyelashes get a bit ‘flakey’ in the morning & when i showed my eye doctor, she didn’t rly see anything she said so she wasn’t able to help me

Guys Let me tell u something once a dirt went into my eyes and few minutes later when I checked it , it was one my upper eyelid and I tried all the methods non of that worked I got frustrated then I asked my mummy what do then she said put rose water in your eyes , at first there was a burning sensation then magically the dirt got removed

Srn Staff Nurse Huiying May I ask. Recently my right top eye lid got 1 liap. Next day got the eye shit a lot n sticky. 3rd day I go and by the otrax or something like that. The eye wash. It become better however during the road of recovery.. when I closed my eye. Can feel tear flowing down n perhaps the stickiness. Er ... is that the so call bak zam? Eye needle. When I wash my eye.. often found white white thing in the device provided. .. seems to wash off. What is that. Pla advise.
