Noticed your rear axle bearings are facing the same way. In my opinion they should be opposite, that means both pointing either inwards or outwards. Otherwise there will be small difference in stiffness on the right/left side 😊
I thought the same but thats how they come from the otk factory so i assume they know more than me. Plus i think the one bearing on the engine side is turned the other way to account for the extra weight of the engine on that side
please stop using wd40 ;-) it is to loosen corrosion, not for greasing whatsoever. WD40 can harm you plastic parts. Get a multioil from a proper brand. Keep up your content :-)
They may lock up or spin roughly. I got dirty water into my spindle while driving and didnt clean it up and it completly locked the bearing. Get some wd-40 in there!
13:03 I need to say this on Spanish Buenas niños y niñas hoy les tengo una sorpresa.
Bro that new exhaust bracket is going to stiffen the rear even more as you are clamping to tubes together. The original otk way is best plus you have the rubber bushes on the exhaust. New system is deffo a no 👎 Also little tip…spray dasty all over the radiator and jet wash it, will look like new after
Hey red be careful with the exhaust mount. We ran it in my team and did a test where we found out that the opposite of what you were saying about the mount. Because your exhaust is mounted with rubber bushings and the right mount isn't permanent mounted on (only with springs) it gives it the flexibility to the point where the kart isn't stiffened by the mount. This mount you put on is directly clamping the two pipes on the chassis and therefore increasing the stiffness of the chassis. You can run a test and see for yourself how it works.
