HOW TO CLEAR A BACK TO BACK BATHROOM SINK DRAIN CLOG! 

I thought you didn't have gloves on when you were sticking your finger in that pipe lol. I was thinking "he's gone insane!" Lol

Bending the tip and it did go into the right direction. I got the drain unclogged. Thank you so much!!!

Thank you sir!!! I spent about three hours trying to fix a clog In a double sink in my bathroom. I never had an issue like this before I’ve always been able to open up the P-trap and get the stuff out and be done with it but this time it did not occur like that and I was at a loss for the amount of effort and junk I had removed without fixing the issue. I had even called a store that plumbers actually shop not the Home Depot or Lowe’s and they said they could not help me. I do have one of the regular Home Depot snakes and I had the issue where it has the bend and go down to that common pipe that both sinks empty into. Your tip about bending the end of the snake made all the difference in I was able to get down into that pipe and clear out the problem I’ve been working all this time on. Funny enough right after I fixed the sinks the shower was clogged but I was able to plunge in about one minute so no issues there. I’m wondering if I actually sent the problem to the shower. Thanks again you’re a lifesaver and if I could Venmo you like 20 bucks that would be great because I think you save me a ton of money by having a plumber coming over here and fix this thing. This works for me. Thanks man. 90 degree turn seems impossible to place the snake in. The snake doesn't fall in main drain. Bent it a little bit. It did the trick and I was able to drop it right in. I was able to snake about 15 feet and pushed thru the clog. I followed up with smallest size drain black bladder with full blast off water from garden hose and pushed everything out. Plumber bladder wasn't strong enough by itself. But once the bent was made and the snake was in the main drain, i was able to unclog the shared bathroom drain with 90 degree turn which was impossible to feed the snake down. Thank you

what do you do if one sink pipe is badly rusted to where it will not turn due to rust and age and the other sink keeps draining into it

You are correct sir! If you have changed diapers, cleaning up a dirty snake is a walk in a park! 😄 Seems like every sink you're under is getting smaller and smaller.

This is exactly what I did at work yesterday. Exact method I've used dozens of times. But, the 2 sinks are plumbed about 2 feet apart in the wall. I couldn't get the hook end to go down only up the vent. So I dont have that immediate drop to the dbl Santee it's like 18 inches in. I plunged it and sand/rust black material came up. I even got on top of the prison roof to go down vent to no avail. In 5 years I've never seen this or had so many problems. 3 hours and still plugged. Gonna try again this morning though. Any ideas?

It’s nice to see someone snaking through a trap.. everyone wants to snake down the drain.. hell the last guy I watched… pulled his trap.. shoved the snake down the drain.. fed it through the trap.. hooked the trap back up.. then blasted though the drain 😆😆😆

I've tried using a drill snake for my restroom sink. I took off the P Trap off & drill snake goes in a 90 angle but it don't go deep. Maybe like 3 ft. Is that normal? It seem like I've unclogged it. Water drains well after running hot water for 3mins. This is my 2nd time this year I've had to this. But I thought it goes deeper than 3 feet in the pipes.
