desi cow ghee(not jersey cow)(has to be desi cow), best is black cow ghee, warm a little and put few drops in nose while sleeping. do this for two months

For the Mamaearth products what you say may really not be true. I have personally used their Onion shampoo, conditioner and oil. All of them made my hairs so very dry and hairfall never stopped
Flax seed also more effective. .. Rost flax seed and pour in mulmul cloth... Then press on chest and back it will help to reduce and runny consistency in body and came out during our morning duty.

I've been suffering from nasal polyps for the past 5-6 years. Sometimes it gets better, but then it comes back, especially while sleeping. If I exercise, it tends to get better. Just before watching this video, one of my nostrils was blocked, but as soon as I started watching the video, it automatically got better.
