Dear Annie, there’s so much wisdom in all your classes. But in this class especially, I felt so much motherly care radiating from you towards us. I don’t know how it’s possible through a screen. listening wowwwwwwwwww Annie your whales etc has brought me almost all out of pain & imbalance, a few days of play and explorations..................amazing humming for calm body,mind.............the swimming one on belly.............. wowwwwww soooo good ,helpful,effective

i havent really had a field of boundaries for a long time, a lot of negative effects from that. I learnt a lot thanks... i will visit your patreon to learn even more. I wanted to ask if you have classes on the throat/vocal lessons. Ive been having a gripping sensation that is unbearable...

Hi, I love your videos as they speak so much about awareness. How to breathe correctly while public speaking/talking? Breathe through nose or mouth. If through nose, How? Thanks. 🙏

Hi there- Sorry not to respond sooner. Often with talking, I find it's normal to breathe both through nose and mouth at the same time. These lessons will help open sinuses, neck & shoulders to reduce the feeling of breathlessness while speaking.
