Bro i got my us c1d visa.huge tnx for your videos.the interviewer just asked me 3 questions. Are you first time in ship? What your doing in India? Whats your rank onboard? Only this 3 question asked.say the answer clearly with confidence that's all.
This was my experience at the Chennai consulate. Appointment was at 8AM, Arrived there at 7.20 in the next 5mins the line started moving inside. NB: don't carry mobile phone & watch. After security check they showed the way to the main counter. Saw a huge line infront of me, after waiting for 15mins there came my chance. Went to the counter the VO was a lady. She asked me to hand my passport & cover letter. 1. Are you a fresher? 2. How many years of experience u got? 3. Did you complete your bachelors? 4. What's your position onboard? 5. What made you apply for this job? 20 secs silence... she was typing something in the system then she left her chair and went inside, she came and gave me a "yellow slip" (Please remain seated until you are called to a window by our staff), waited for nearly halfn hour. Then the staff came & called me, went back to the same counter (17). 5. What's your salary? 6. Why should we approve your visa? Gave proper answer for all of the questions. Then she told me "Your Visa is approved". (It took almost 1 hour for me to complete the whole process). Good luck to you guys!

What to answer if they ask are you married… Last time they asked me the same question and i got rejected as i said i am not married… Many of my friends from cruise are saying this that they rejected beacause of this reason
