This is the Part#2 : Epoxy granite packing into Frames of my CNC milling machine DIY. You can see the method of mixing Epoxy with gravel, sand and the process of packing into the frames.
This Epoxy granite gives enhanced characteristics in stiffness and noise, vibration & harshness of the CNC milling machine Frames.
One quick information for you is the weight of the frames before and after Epoxy granite packing below
Weight of the frame before (excluding reinforcement plates, end plates and nut plates) : ~ 34 Kg
After : ~90 Kg ( 260% up)
Weight of Epoxy granite : 56Kg
After total weight in the chart of video 97.6 Kg (it's typo) need to be corrected to 90 Kg^^
