Hello, I might use your solution for the count of a client that has a barber shop. For the booking reservation part, it seems that it can do it all, but the only step I need to figure out would be that: Upon customer reservation, it is updated in the owner's Google Calendar. I guess I'd need an API connection?

Currently, we don't have an API integrations. But we're working on a new update launching in Mid-Sep/Early-October which would introduce Zapier integrations. Then, you'll be able to connect FlowBookings with Google Calendar using Zapier.

Can this system be set up to take payments for service bookings?

Hi Joseph, With the current version it is not possible to collect payment at the time of booking, however you can add a stripe link in the "Pending Booking" email that is sent automatically. This will allow you to collect payments and then approve the bookings on your dashboard once you have received the payment on stripe. To improve this we are building a native payments integration right now, and it will be launched very soon. You can check out our roadmap for all of the upcoming features and timelines. No, currently we have built the platform for service based bookings. Hotel bookings would be very hard and messy to implement with Flowbookings right now. We will keep you posted if we push an update for managing hotel bookings in the future. Thanks.

Hey Adnan, can your flowbooking achieve the following with webflow? User selects the product from dropdown Selects Tractor Then the user sees the calender based on the product selection Use selects the available dates and pays for the booking

Yes you can do all of these steps excapt the last one, we have been working on bringing a payment itegration into the booking forms. There is a workaround for implementing payments that some of our customers are using, if you wish to know more about it feel free to reach out to us.

Can you do something like check availability? Something like when the customer wants to book a certain time of the day that is already booked, he gets notifications instantly and doesn't have to wait for admin to check if it is already booked to reject him.

Yes, we have completely eliminated that manual step. The dates & timeslots that are already booked or not available are automatically hidden from the customer in the form. The customer only sees dates and times that a particular service is available on. And hence eliminating the extra manual check by the admin. Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.
