I was having a hard time falling asleep yesterday night and had one of those moments where I was stuck between being awake and falling asleep, paralyzed in a dream like state. Thokoza Gogo, I had a dream where I was kneeling facing east and called my ancestors then two guinea fowls(dikgaka in tswana) came from behind me. One made a mark like a cross on my forehead with its foot but as soon as it touched my face it felt like a hand.
Ok useful information. So I have my alter facing east in my apartment however its visible to guest. Should I cover it or take it down when I am not using it or have guests over.

Thokoza gogo I've had a series of dreams but I'll just select from them. I dreamt of a mermaid calling me to a river, when I got into the water, I found that there was a boat in the middle of that river built for me to live in. I was fed food while living there and one day was instructed to go out and search for a plant that's referred to as a medicine. The moment I went to search for it, a snake came by and bit me on my right leg. I found a plant that I rubbed where that snake bit me and immediately, the poison was detoxed from my body. My following dreams was first an alive brown snake chasing me, and then a red snake chased me in another dream, and then in another dream a dog was chasing me, and then my following dream a person was chasing me.
