This form is absolutely stupidly made, no one field can be expanded, you have only up to 24 characters for each field, it's not enough almost for everything.
I can confirm that IRCC will come back to you for section 8 Personal History for more than 10 years of history. I'm 36 and they asked me to fill out the form again and specifically required me to fill the form starting from the age of 18. I was so confused and ended up here. Wish I could see your video earlier and save the trouble.
in section 8, how come you entered India under "Status in country or territory"? shouldn't it be resident or citizen instead? It is at 13:42 mark. Please clarify
On the IMM 5669 we left signature field in each form blank and then after we upload all documents in portal they ask our consent which acts as digital signature.so my question is this enough or we have to put hand signature or type name and date in the signature field?Sir please advise
Anyone asking for how to write name in native language .... you need to go to your laptop/pc settings > language download it ..... a small icon on desktop bar will appear where you can change it afterwards

what if ther are years wher you both work and study, do you need to put both or just put employed will be fine? do you need to provide supporting documents for this form for details you give?

FORM 5669 - Schedule A (Background Declarationn ) SETION: B Questionnaire IT mentions some Qs. 4 &5 th mentions "Have any family members been refused .......visitor visa for Any 'other COUNTRY' ..." Scenario :- If SPONSOR who is now PR Canada, but before a long time back his USA visitor visa was refused. Should it be put NO. for both Q. 4& 5 ? (AS, instructions also mention that form for non-PR resident details, right?) Q.2. What is the difference between " refused temporary resident visa" & "refused admission" aren't meant same?
Sponsor's previous refusals don't matter. Second "refused admission" means while you had the visa, you were not allowed to enter to Canada at the border.

I've been asked by the IRCC to provide the IMM5669 (Schedule A) from again bearing an original signature. I came across 2 forms on the IRCC website. The one dated 2022 is more user-friendly (newer to the one used in this video) yet it states it is for Sponsorship/ Refugee Claims purposes only but has a similar content to the one used in this video. Which one should I fill? I am bit skeptical filling the older form. Appreciate any help!
@@rohithooda1066 I decided to complete the older form (which was applicable for my application type as an inland PR) and added a screenshot from the IRCCs website with both forms along with an explanation note that I’m filling the older form - and not the new one because the newer form is intended for a different purposes as highlighted on its title. What is conisdered student organization? I have been in school clubs in my university, do those count? Also for section 8, what if you had a part time job while studying. do you mention that. or just studying. what about summer breaks. Seperate event or my entire 4 years of uni can count as one thing?
1. Being active in School club is not considered studying but may count as activity in general. 2. yes part time job while studying needs to be mentioned. 3. You can go for then entire 4 years of studying, no need to mention summer breaks.

(posting on behalf of my husband) I had a query in case anyone could help. In the education section of IMM 5669, i have calculated the number of years in different in the following manner: till class 5 = total 7 years under Elementary/Primary education section from class 6-10 or Seconadry School Certificate exam- total 5 years under secondary/high school section since in our country 6-10 is considered high school class 11-12 or Higher Secondry Certificate exam (2 years) + Graduation + Masters = A total of 10 years under University/College section (2 years in college education+ 4 years 8 months in Graduation + 3 years 5 months in Masters) Here, it needs to be mentioned that, in our country Higher secondary is considered to be college education and is done from a college. And i have done my Graduation and masters from University. Thus, i have calculted in this manner. Besides, i have calculted the actual amount of time it took to complete each section of education. It needs to be mentioned that, In the application I have only entered my graduation and masters under education history since these are the sections I have gained/claimed points for and have done my ECA for. Is it okay? please guide.

It depends. If you are sending online application, no signature required. If you are sending papers, then print and put your original signature with a blue pen only.
If ircc. Asked u to fill this form gain because they want from age 18 and you realized you made a mistake in the 1st time u filed can you fix it or it will cause a problem ? Ex wrong date in education like started match but actually June and u forgot because it is years ago

I have the same question. Because, I have just downloaded the package application for the spouse sponsorship and it contains this version: eimm5669e (11-2018), but if I google the latest version of this form then I come across imm5669e (06-2019). So, I guess we should follow what is on the package.

Yes you should mentioned in both sections and provide them with proof if required depending on the type of program. Please refer to the document checklist.

for the spousal you have to follow the kit 5289, so you should use the one from Nov 2018 because even though the other one is most recent, it is NOT for the spousal application

I studied in Canada from 2017-09 to 2020-07. Do I only have to fill this or do I have to add all my trips during this 3 years (summer, christmas, etc.)... I already mentionned my trips in the other form. SO : Is it okay to write : studying from 2017 to 2020 ?
For your first question, yes should be enough. For your second, no! this form is not designed to ask about your trips. For trips you will have the travel history form.
I put 2019-08 to 2019-12 and then 2020-01 to 2020-11, is it considered a gap? As I understand it's still continuous because I don't leave any blank months in between.

You can type U of ... instead of university. If you run out of space, you need to write a cover letter and list the rest over there. It cannot be uploaded in the same tab, so you need to create a different tab on your CIC account.
Hello, im really confused with this form, i understand that i shouldnt leave any gaps, between years or months, i get that.. my concern is , i have been working like 5 days a week, for 3 years, and attended school once a week for six months with in that time period. I have no problem filling out with education information, but when it comes to personal history, i dont know which to insert the studying while i was working..( for example.. 2017- 2020-09- working then 2019-01 to 2019-06 studying) should i make a written explanation for that? For spouse background declaration In last page there is signature of applicant. Who will sign on this part Principal applicant or spouse. Also in PNP checklist it is mentioned That form need to be completed, dated and signed by everyone Please suggest what to do??
Hello! My form won't validate and keeps giving me error in personal history saying there should be no gaps. But I've checked the form a lot of times, all my dates are correct there should be no gaps. I'm applying under the Family class spouse program The document checklist says eimm5669 11-2018 version, Originally I had it filled out and ready to send until I was advised there’s a new version of imm5669 06-2019 so I had to download that and fill it up, now I figured these are two different forms and they apply under different programs but they’re basically the same questions from start to finish, the difference is the validate button the imm5669 doesn’t have..now I’m confused on which one to send in because I don’t want my application to be returned, please advise..thank you

1. whatever your address, it should be clear and easy to find in case they need to. 2. The filed of study you were studying. In some cases you can just write "high school"

I have submitted my express entry application and received AOR on 16th Feb, 2021. On 24th Feb I got this letter online where they have asked to submit Schedule A background declaration form (IMM 5669) of my, bearing an original signature. We have found out that personal history of my does not cover 10years, it covers 9years 8months. 1) What IRCC mean my original signature? 2) In that form written in last line **I agree by typing my name, i am electronically signing my application. Do i have to print it and sign it and thn scan it and upload or i have to type my same? We are confused just to see asking for an original signature, do they mean passport signature or typing ...
