How do I fulfill my order?
Follow the steps listed below:
Step 1: Login to Daraz Seller Account from here
Step 2: Go to “Orders & Reviews” and click on “Manage Orders”
Step 3: Click on the “Plus” sign to open order details
Step 4: Click on “Ready to ship”
To generate invoice number:
Step 1: Go to your “Accounts & Settings” and “Profile” from the drop down.
Go to the “Invoice Number” Tab.
Step 2: Click on the drop-down menu for “Generation Type” - Choose “Use Order Number” - click on “Save” and you are done with generating the Invoice Number.
Ready to Ship:
Step 1: Once the Invoice number has been generated, click on the “Orders & Reviews” “Manage Orders”
Step 2: Click on the “Ready to Ship” button then you will see that the “Invoice Number” is already filled automatically.
Step 3: Click on the “Save Invoice ID” button - Click on “All Documents” to print the “Pick List”, “Packaging Label” & “Customer Invoice”. Make sure you stick all of them on the packaging and pack them according to the Daraz Packaging Guideline.
Step 4: Click on the “Ready to Ship” button and ship your order to the nearest Daraz Hub to fulfill your order.
Tips: Frequently keep checking the order status in the “Shipped” and “Completed” tabs.
