✨In this video, Saptashikha has shared the correct sections of sequencing a one-hour Yoga class and also stated the reasons for the same. Our goal is to guide the Yoga Aspirants in the right direction to help them build their career as successful Yoga Professionals.
▪️This video is initiated by Miss Saptashikha Dhar, who is a Certified Yoga Teacher and Evaluator under Ministry of AYUSH, GoI and has done her P.G Diploma in Yogic Science and MA Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar. She has also done her 200-hour Ashtanga-Vinyasa TTC from Samyak Yoga, Mysore and has 9+ years of experience in this field as a Professional. She is also a Government Registered Yoga Instructor under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, GoI.
She is successfully running Yoga Studios in Silchar, Assam and is also an Author of the book "CERTIFICATION OF YOGA PROFESSIONAL". She is also an Educator on Graphy by Unacademy.
She has also worked in multiple projects under the Government of Assam and the Government of Mizoram. Her Institute is affiliated under the Indian Yoga Association.
