Nice presentation! 1- Is there an option to set a time when the quiz can be taken? 2- Is there an option to set a time limit for the duration of the exam? 3- If you, as the teacher is the creator of your Google Classroom, with Google forms and other confidential docs within your account, can your student mess up and view these info online when they access the link of the Quiz that you have given them?

The Descriptive question paper should be in two part each containing 5 questions in a sequence e.g. Image 1: Q1, Q2,….,Q5 and Image 2: Q6, Q7,…..Q10. Each image of the question paper must be followed by Add File option. The form should accept merged file of the answers in the form of a pdf and the size should not be more than 10MB After each image the form should ask for the number of questions attempted by the students in a check box pattern. Ensure when the students submit their form they get a confirmation of submission of response. Ensure the following under the Setting Tab are kept on for the examination paper: i. General Setting Tab → Tick Limit to one response ii. Presentation Tab → Tick Shuffle question order (For MCQ only) Presentation Tab → Add confirmation message as “Your Response has been submitted” iii. Quizzes → Tick - Select Release marks after manual review The draft paper should be scheduled to be assigned in the google classroom with reference to the start time and due date and time as per the official time table. On Right hand side click assign tab --> schedule --> fill the details --> automatically saved.
How to do this ? If students write answers on paper then scan images of total 5 answers in one image. Also 5 answers in another image then upload it. How to do this?

Thanks!To add answer key after completion of Setting the question with options click Answer Key at the left side bottom and select the right option and allot points at the top right side of the Question.

One thing which is unclear is whether the student can upload the form if they do not have a google account. Also, it may be useful to show were the responses are stored and how exams can be accessed for those of us who want to be able to evaluate the functionality of the program without investing first time in setting up an exam. Mr. Nikos! You are welcome. The students should login to google account to upload otherwise they can't. The responses will be stored in Google Drive of the question paper setter. Sir just wanted to know whether can we create a quiz from mobile ... I checked it out , there is no option of quiz in Google Classroom when opened in mobile
Hi! Yes you can create Quiz from mobile. On your Android phone or tablet, open a mobile web browser, like Chrome. Go to forms.google.com. A new form will automatically open. You can edit and send/share the form through email whatsapp. You may not attach that form in google classroom using mobile.

Sir how the teachers can conduct online exams by just posting the questions and there will be a conflict on the people that to scroll down and up but if they reduce the size of the font we can't see so sir can u help us?
If you are writing exam using mobile or laptop you can zoom or enlarge the question paper or inform your teachers well in advance to set the question paper font size big
I mean when I try to double check my students answer from the quiz after they have turned it in there is no attachment to it. What do you think had happen? Or what should I do to be able to manually check it. Thank you
Mam! The student might have forgotten to attach the file or they mighty have written the answer in Class Comments or in Private Comments. If answer is not found still then return the submission to redo again.

Hello Vishnu! Good Question. Google Forms supports multiple languages. To conduct exam in Sanskrit Language you may apply these methods. Method 1: Step 1: Open a google doc online. Step 2: Click File and then Language and select Sanskrit. Step 3: Type your questions in Sanskrit in the google doc. Step 4: Come to google classroom click classwork and click create and select quiz assignment. Step 5: Under assignment click Blank Quiz Google form. Step 6: In Google form copy Sanskrit question and select Paragraph option, decide the word limit and share the google form with students. The students will first write answer in Sanskrit in Google Doc and copy the answer in the space provided under the question. Method 1: If you have Sanskrit script in your computer you can type questions in Sanskrit in MS Word and directly you can copy the questions in Google forms. The students will also write answers first in MS Word and copy the answer in the space provided under the question.

If you create Google form using andriod mobile the option for selecting right answer doesn't come. But if you create one Google form using Laptop/Desktop and select correct option for the MCQs (1 Question Enough) and save the form. Now open the same form in mobile you will get the option for selecting right answer. Copy the question to create another question. In this way you may conduct online exam. There are so many apps are available online to conduct online exams. But if we take exam using G Forms it is easy to save in google drive.

Hi!Thanks for the comment. Real Time Proctoring is not possible in google class room. You may have to use third party apps to do that. Very good question.
Hi Deepak! Set 40 MCQs and ask students to attempt any 30 questions only. If they attempt more than 30 then take first 30 questions only for final score. But don't trouble those students who have attempted more than 30 questions.

Yes You may. But you have to select file upload option for question so that students can draw in paint or paper and take photo and can upload the file into the google form.
