Hello Ma'am!!! Is it possible to connect this robot with mobile Hotspot or there needs to be a home router with which both the robot as well as the operating mobile will be connected?
@@srashomekitchen8061 sorry for disturbing you but could you please check it with mobile Hotspot with you robot, if & only if possible? I need an honest answer for this but the eureka's salespersons are manipulating the answer over phone call, just to make a deal anyhow...
Al recomdesions are mostly on money basis if you want any number of like you will get just to spend some money otherwise mostly products are use less no after sale service available
I bought the LVAC voice pro directly from eureka Forbes( Dileep sales man ) and it didn’t work within a week and worst service , nobody responds after spending 30k plus . Worst robotic cleaner , worst service
Sorry to hear.. yesterday I raised complaint via watsapp they closed without attending ticket. Today morning raised complaint from application within 2 hr service person called to check the issue... Will update they will fixed or not.. You can also raise from mobile app to see for your issue

We were getting error related sensor. “Laser sensor stuck or entangled” was the error. our robo got repaired today with 4-5 hrs. 😊 checked with service person, complaint raised from app they are handling. Friends, Please raise ticket from app
