I'm CISCO qualified and have worked in the industry for over 10 years. I've been searching for some really clear and concise videos on certain network features to share with apprentices joining my team so they can learn at their own pace. Your videos are fantastic, great quality, super clear explanations. Very well done, thank you.
Hi @aguitaragut3737 - I really appreciate your comments and I'm delighted to hear that my videos have helped your apprentices - I hope to make some more videos over the summer - are there any particular ones you feel that would be useful? Thanks for the feedback, Greg
@GregSouth NTP distribution is one I haven't found any great explanations for. Particularly where multiple switches are involved. As for some other topics maybe configuring interVLAN routing when trunked to a VM hypervisor. That seems to trip people up. I've found turning on/off debugging features tends to be hard to understand for people also.
How did you assign the serials links to be in the same network range ip address because when I tried doing that, the router won't let me and because of ip overlapping?
Hi @maxirocitrizus4516 - be careful with the subnet masks you on the serial links - you will note they are /30. If you assigned them with /24 it would cause an issue with IP's overlapping. Hope this helps, Greg
hi @teodorrra880317 - this dotted decimal subnet mask is the one that was provided in the example for the Dublin network - in cidr notation this is /28. Hope this helps, Greg
Hi @Crypto Boner - glad you enjoyed the intro music! we must have the same taste in music :) Hopefully the content was easy to understood too! Thanks, Greg
