Hello, thanks for the informative video. I am facing an issue when I try to assign role to users in my active directory list. Tableau is able to retrieve information about the users correctly but when it comes to assigning a role they all end up as unlicensed. What could be the possible reason? Can you please comment.

once i give user to access some dashboard. how can test that user hv access n view the data or not in case of active directory? in case of local ,i can login from user id and password to check directly itself as its new user and i have created it and i know the credentials directly in server . no need to download and check. but in active directory case how can i check ?
