Please can I ask a question, in my VCA - Introduction options I no long have any sound or light options, it's all just blank? However, it use to have them showing?
Excellent videos! I have learned far more from your videos than I have found in the manuals. I am still having some issues setting up my system for Active Deterrence and hoped you might offer some advice. I have just had a full UNV system installed, consisting of: 3 x 5MP ColorHunter 2.8mm cameras - IPC2128SB- ADF28KM-WL-10 1 x 4K Deterrence Bullet 2.8mm camera - IPC2128SB-ADF28KMC-10 UNV NVR 8 Channel - NVR302-08S2-P8, running firmware NVR-B3601.28.47.C03212.210428 When I go to System/Basic Setup as per your video I don't see the intelligent mark box, so I can't configure the cameras for Active Deterrence, nor start the analytics. I am using the Admin userid in case the security is preventing the Intelligent Mark from being displayed. Any and all help or advice is greatly appreciated, Many Thanks

The intelligent mark option is on the UNV NVR. Make sure the NVR and IP675LFW is on the latest firmware. Please provide the NVR model number if you needs assistance on NVR firmware.
