Thank you! This worked for me with iphone. Also I tried to then pair it with laptop but it didn't work but then realised I had to switch bluetooth off on my iphone first as can't pair both and after putting bluetooth on on laptop, it worked!
Make sure that it's not connected to another device like your computer when you're trying to connect it to your phone. If that's the case then disconnect the headphones from your computer, then do a bluetooth search on your iphone and it should pop up immediately.
