My new program is now live! Apply fast: skool.com/makerschool/about Get your first automation customer (guaranteed). Price increases every 10 members 🙏😤

Great idea 💡 👍 Saw there was a waiting list. Wish I found your channel sooner. I'll keep watching to see if it opens up. 👍 Would it make sense to offer a tiered system? Say a beginner tier for $49 that shows how to do 2-3 automations to start selling services. Then move up to advanced tiers and pricing, as one builds up their agency and skill sets.

Holy shit, finally someone who understands how and why it's important to explain even technical things, into laymen's terms and with real world scenarios. Insane how bad most people are at this. Subscribed. Can't wait for more.

Wow I’m the first comment. Thanks for talking about Webhooks AND APIs with Make. One of the mistakes I’d been making is focusing on the pre built integrations, which meant I was often disappointed if a tool wasn’t available. I knew of webhooks and APIs before but didn’t realise how much they your options up! Looking forward to your next lesson. Also looking forward to your list of kit - the mic still sounds great here. (I watch most things at 2x Speed)

Total game changer, I agree and glad you found value. Just added a gear list to the description w/ the mic and everything else (appreciate you asking for this!)

Nick - stumbled onto your channel recently and been hooked. Really enjoy all the video series - thank you for providing such valuable content. By chance, do you provide private mentorship or course on starting agency?

Incredible content, thanks a ton Nick! Appreciate you're taking time out while traveling to shoot this. Correct me if I'm wrong please, but given the way you set filters I do believe that at 0ºC and at 15ºC no filter criteria would match? Thanks again!

Hello Nick, I am so glad to find your channels and I am getting very good at Make. Keep making such videos. I have a request. Could you please make a video on how to get specific information from the body of the email and send it to google sheets? Thank you

Thanks! Your 3rd if was nested in 2nd but anything less than 0 is also less than 15. I hadn’t seen that kind of logic though in Make before in setting variables coming from Zapier. I miss having the code step that Zapier has but little bits like that helps I guess.

Super valuable series thus far but this video was pretty confusing. Definitely a bit more advanced. Continuing to follow the course!

Stupid question - or maybe I need to go backwards - but how do you make this scalable? Seems like you pulled from one Monday item to write one email. What if you want to do a whole Monday board of 1000 items and names and lat long for weather related cold emails?

Hey man, appreciate the info and the willingness to teach! I was wondering if it was possible to build a system that can scan a website for blog posts in order to update them for better SEO. My thought would be to deconstruct the articles into an outline and reconstruct them using AI. However, if there is a way to integrate SurferSEO into the system to optimize the articles as opposed to rewriting them, that would be ideal. I'm a bright, blue collar guy just beginning to explore the possibilities of providing services online, so really any info is helpful. Thanks again!

Hey Jeremy, thanks for the comment. And what a great question! You can build a system like this for sure. It would be easiest if the website you were scraping was always the same (since different websites all structure their HTML differently). If you wanted more you'd probably have to build out a specific parser for each, which would be annoying, or use AI to try and "extract" the blog post element, which would probably have a high error rate. But it's certainly possible. I cover most of this in the web scraping video I just uploaded, so if any of it is unfamiliar, go check that out and come back. Otherwise: 1. HTTP request to whatever website blog you want 2. HTML -> text parser to get text elements 3. Build a custom regex to parse individual blog page links 4. HTTP request to individual blog page link 5. Feed blog into AI. You can build whatever flow you want here-probably something that extracts the post text, then maybe another module that summarizes it into sentences, and then finally a module (or series of modules) that rebuilds it into a full article. If any of that is unclear check out my Make.com AI Content Generator video for the full flow. Surfer would be difficult to implement reliably imo, but you could build out a flow that uses their API to set up editable pages ready for optimization. If you had, say, a VA that handled this I could see it being a really efficient flow. All the best on your automation journey!

I actually understood this. Thanks. How could I use a news feed to make a medium article that drove traffic to my blog pillar article and then set up Reddit and Quora "questions" that alternated traffic to my blog and medium?😊 Note. I'm not looking to answer Reddit or quora threads. Just start them about a the info in the articles so I can put a partial answer from my medium and blog articles to spart debate and build authority. 😊
@nicksaraev

My pleasure 🙏 You could use something like Feedly or RSS.app to create a Make-accessible news feed, poll it every day, and use AI to extract articles that are relevant Or you could use your Medium article as a trigger. You'd use Feedly/RSS.app to build up a list of articles in Google Sheet, then when you post an article on Medium your flow would pull entries from the Sheet You could post q's on Reddit using their Make integration. Quora is a little more difficult (I think they want to be human-only) but you could accomplish this with some browser automation a la Apify Hope this helps man, keep crushing it 😤

That was very misleading. Where is the fulfillment of the 10k/mo? I get this could be the first part of an email campaign that could turn into money making, but this is a FAR cry from what you advertised. The content is Ok
