How to connect rode wireless go microphone to iPhone or iPad. You'll ned to SC7 cable and apple lightning to 3.5 mm headphone jack. Test the connection by taking a quick video and tapping the microphone. Unplug the connection before trying to listen to it.

Oh I bought those cables and it doesn’t work! I have iPhone 14 ! Please tell me what is the wrong with this rode! I paid like more than 150 dollars on many different cables and nothing is working!

You didn't miss any single point! No need to watch any other video to know more about this setup. I tried to use the normal cable provided by Rode to connect my iPhone X and it didnt record any sound lol. After watching your video I just ordered the SC7 cable now. Thank you so much from India :-)

Thanks so much, I am a yoga teacher and wanting to improve my sound quality, this helped so much. If I want to live stream at same time from 2 devices, eg phone and tablet, do I have to purchase 2 receivers and mics or can one set work for 2 devices?

@@jenchapman1842 One microphone cannot work for two recording devices. You can get two microphones to one receiver with the Rode Wireless Go II, but not the opposite. There might be a fancy way to make it happen, but I'm definitely not skills enough for that.

Exactly! No need for the over-your-head chit chat. Once you figure out how it works, just set it that way every time and don't think about it. Doesn't matter "how" but instead that it works. Just trust the magic 😜
