Hi dear, when you connect/pair to the app, please noted to shut on/off the power physically, NOT to use RF remote. Otherwise, it is impossible for the strip light to flash.
And during the connection, please kindly noted the following several points, thanks!
1) It doesn't support 5G WIFI. It is just 2.4G. Please ensure that the wifi signal is strong. If ok, please connect as close to the router as possible.
2) When you connect it according to the prompt steps, please make sure that the led strip light flashes quickly. The led strip light must flashes. Then they can connect.
3) When connecting, please keep the phone as close as possible to the adapter to avoid interference.

It worked for me! woohoo..I've spent an hour turning on/off using the remote but doesnt work Until I saw this post. Plug-unplug-Plug-unplug-Plug .. then lights will be on, which will go to fast blink after 1 second. Then you can set up the rest on your app

I can't get my lights to blink at all. I'm not even sure if the model I have can be connected to Wi-Fi? There's nothing in the instructions to add the light strip to my home network...

For anyone still confused, you unplug it from the wall or wherever it’s plugged in, don’t use the remote.

I just can't force it to blink fast. It's blinking slow but does not appear as a hotspot either. So neither EZ mode or AP mode work.

My lights are stuck on slow blink. I’ve plugged and unplugged. Remote does NOTHING. Can’t see them in local networks. I’ve tried all the tips in the comments. I’ve tried plugging and unplugging from the socket.

My app isn't asking about the wifi and stuff. My strip also is not blinking fast like that after I power cycle 3 time. I blinks slow for a few seconds then stops

@@UkiiBukii lol I got it now, seriously you just got to keep plugging it in and out and pray to god you don’t electrocute yourself. It took about 90 seconds of that until the signal showed up in the app

@@andiweber-yeoman6252 it depends, sometimes both are accessible ( 2.4 and 5 appear in your wifi settings) but sometimes you have to do it yourself. you can google how to set 2.4 ghz wifi with the brand of your router

For those who can’t make it work: 1. Press the ON button on the remote for 5 seconds, then go on the app and there you go! Use 2,4GHz

Im kind of afraid of giving my network login info to a random Chinese app, why does it need that login if you are using bluethoot to integrate the app on your phone with the light controller, I don't see a reason why they need the login information of your network

I believe my issue was caused by my router. I created a wireless hotspot on my mobile with the same name and password as my router. Used another mobile to connect to the hotspot and used the app signed in to my account on that device to add the light. Once complete, disable the hotspot and the device connected to the router wifi within 30 seconds and the light was then added to the account. I was unable to modify router settings as it was a service provider device.
