So just to make it very simple and summarize the connections so that you can read this while watching the video and relate to it better, maybe. D1, D10 and Karakamsha CONNECTION TO ACTING AND PERFORMANCE AND SUCCESS and their INTER RELATION to one another with a short summary below: D1-5th house: House of public performance, doing what one loves to do and the house of arts, acting, glamour, power. Its lord Venus is placed in the 2nd house of ‘income’ with Moon and Rahu. Thus earning through very high creativity in an area of public performance through glamour and power. Sun, the natural ruler of the 5th house is in the lagna itself and brings huge success and elevation and stature and fame - since it is the lagna. Venus - glamour and cinema (5th house of public performance connected to Rahu - make belief), Sun-high success and brightness connected to the arts and huge success and power - right in lagna. D10-5th house: Vargottama lagna, thus Venus rules 5th again and is now placed with Sun in the sign of Scorpio - the sign of secrets, make believe, magic, virtual things (all of this is what cinema is about). Thus Mars which rules the 11th house in both d1 and d10 is placed with the Atmakaraka in the d1 and d10 while in the sign of the Amatyakaraka (Taurus) in the karakamsha and in the 10th house. Mars is about high will power, high motivation, winning over competition, and achieving goals with high energy, high risk (which no one takes more than Tom Cruise with all his dare devil stunts). Thus Mars connects the high success of the 11th house with career in the karakamsha. Thus the high connection of Mercury, Mars and Venus and the 11th house and 10th house and the dream world and the nakshatra of Mrigasira which rules the ascendant and the Atmakaraka is also placed in it in the 12th house in d1.
