Hello Bonjour vous pouvez me dire pourquoi l'application ne s'installe pas sur ma tablette même en effacent mes photo et appli je sais pas pourquoi sa fait sa c peut-être la puissance ?

Connecting the ZH38 to Samsung S8 or S23 Ultra doesnt work properly. Within the app i cant see fotos/videos and the app suggests to reconnect to the device. Live-Stream of the Camera itself works fine but not very stable aswell.

May I ask you how to pair a new remote and the Mate MAH50? I pushed the M button and the camera button for 30 seconds, but there is no reaction . Thanks for the answer !

Hi! When can we expect windows software for Infiray jpg file editing and creating reports? Electricans need software for extracting visible and IR pictures from single jpg made by Infiray cameras and phone app.
