I want you to see the di combo i did, it took an hour to land in training. I don't think its optimal but i think its cool because the psycho bomb detonates its self mid combo.

I don't think he's overtuned to be honest, and akuma definitely isn't. It's a new Matchup to learn. Everyone thought Manon was busted early too haha. Scissor kick is really good, he has a good dr and his damage is situationally high. He also has no defense, he gets obliterated by anyone with meaty fireballs, his aa is weak to anything not directly over his head. Devils reverse is very easy to play around and even DI, so good Bisons just use to move around. Stomp is reactable even with eds DP lol The issues you're having are based in skill, not balance. Just learn the match up.
Also da title of this video is NOT very original as Diaphone started this trend of Mastering a character to see if he is as cheap/broken as the idiots say.
