I also just wanna say... I REALLY appreciate that even though you’re a white MUA you ALWAYS use a diverse range of models of all races and skin tones. You don’t only use black models when you wanna profit from a “makeup for dark skin” video. Nothing annoys me more than that. Representation without exploitation MATTERS 💕💖💕
Men do the best makeup. Ur not a makeup artist ur a Makeup God Thank you so much for this lesson we really appreciate your help. May God bless you in all days and all ways.
Ok I'm gonna say what everyone is thinking, NO non-black mua on youtube has done a face beat on a black model this good. Sir, it doesn't get any better than this, unmatched 😭😭
@@ayeshahussain3629 sometimes the camera does not capture the color of the skin exactly. Also, the makeup is very neat and well done, something that not everyone can do. So don't criticize like you know what this is about.
@@atonydaleno450 of tge make up is beautiful otherwise I wouldn't be watching it. I never said naything about the technique. Or the makeup application. I only gave my too cents on the foundation shade something which I know about. It could just be the camera. But if something looks off to me I think I can say it. The comment section ain't just for compliments
Finally a round face shape contouring tutorial on a woman with an actual round face shape and slight heaviness around the jawline. ..... I sooooooo needed this Muah.... Lots of love from India.🤗
It’s so frustrating when none of the models have chubbier cheeks or an actual round face. If they think that’s round then I must be a ball. So this is refreshing.
I was sitting here hating how my face had gain so much weight and me worrying about how I couldn’t contour my round face but now I think I have the confidence to try this out.
I admire that you’re not like “I need to lose weight” but instead you’re like “I need to learn how to do make up that will compliment my new facial structure” for a lot of people that’s a difficult thing to decide
She’s gorgeous! I love the diversity of women that you use and I so appreciate seeing you work in real time. I would really like to see you work on someone more mature, say 55-70. Other than that your artistry is so amazing! Thank you, Spencer for sharing your gift with us.
Why still contouring? I don't understand why women are being pressured to look like oval face shapes. I'm round faced, I have a wide round face, and wideset huge eyes, and a big pert nose with cupids bow lips. I will not hide the softness of my face. Infact in my own make up I bring it out more and i look jus tfine. Below is a link to a pic of Kit Harington and myself both of us have round faces. I have bangs that are straight. No contouring! I Was 17 in the picture. It's the best example of my face with the bangs. I wish he'd back off of the contouring and try dif things than hiding our face shapes. There's no shame in being round faced. www.deviantart.com/dreamsofcolours/art/Something-to-think-about-865878801
@@MSBowen-pk6ww there isn't any shame in being round faced (I am myself) but you also can't please everyone and just because you have a preference for makeup doesn't mean everyone else has to adhere to it.
I love how honest and in depth you are! You are probably the only person person on RU-vid that actually teaches how to do makeup on other people and tailors it to the individual. Thank you for being so open with your techniques! So happy that you started a channel. Would love you to make a video about how you take your makeup pictures. I find it so hard to capture a picture that actually does the make justice. Xoxo
Spencer, you’re a genius! I love how kind you are, honest, so detailed and informative; all this with cute background jazz (almost vintage elevator music) and your soothing voice! Love it !!! I wish I could be your model.
omgg can you pleaseeeee do a “how to” tutorial on contouring girls with big/wide noses? Like the correct techniques on how to make the nose look a bit smaller.
I love even how humble and professional you are! It’s very relatable that MUA can make minor detours in the makeup look you adapt to changes. And that’s what makeup is all about! I love how you are just genuine with each step and makes it more realistic to someone who is learning how to apply makeup, it’s not a perfect process but breaking through it. So glad I found you!
I love this whole look, particularly on her gorgeous skin without going overboard with crazy colours like most makeup artist do on dark skin women as opposed to sticking to neutral colour palettes solely. This look is stunning, and definitely classify as neutral.
I don’t know why, but that, “ Helloo” is my favorite intro to anyone’s RU-vid. Let alone the magical artistry creations you’re making! Slay my friend! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
You literally transform!!!! I need you for my marriage ceremony! You’ll probably cost more than the ceremony itself but to look stunning on my special day is priceless!!!! Great work sir!
You are a true "Artist" . Absolutely incredible and you understand color, undertones from foundation to sculpting beautifully. Curious to know how best to deal with hyperpigmentation on skin of color from dark undereye circles to rest of face. Do you believe in color correcting first with peach, apricot or orange then foundation followed by concealer? Curious to know how you take the natural beauty of a person and enhance it to everyday vs soft glam vs all out glam. So impressed by your techniques which always begin with the canvas first. You make it look so effortless and your calm voice must make it a relaxing experience for your models.
Her eyes are so amazing with her skin tone! You really made her look amazing. It was curious at first because the foundation color seemed different from her skin tone. But you didn't change her looks at all, just brought out her natural beauty. Thank you for sharing your gift with us.
I have a round face and I'm so happy I found this tutorial. It will be from now on my go to video mostly because the contouring tips are so on point. I tried the look on myself and was so happy with the results! You are so talented, thank you!
First video of yours I’ve seen And you’re just so lovely and talented! I love the idea of bringing other people on to your channel and being very open and honest with everything you’re doing! Love all the way from London!
He’s not lying when he says it lasts forever! I still have mine from 2016. At this point I don’t touch it because I’m sure it’s a Petri dish of bacteria lol
MSPHOENIX_IVY hey! I live in Europe so I can’t find it anywhere here and I was thinking to buy tarte’s one.. would you recommend me to actually buy kevyn’s concealer online or just go with the tarte one? I’ve watched so many reviews on yt but I’m not convinced yet 😭I’m a student so that’s a lot of money for me but still I do require a very high coverage concealer
Would love a video with a Mac nw 50,58,60/ Nars Namibia or darker model 🙋🏾♀️especially red undertone. There’s not enough red/undertones yt tuts but maybe for more views you might need 2 parts cool and warm. Either way love your vids thanks for having them free on YT and your teaching skill approach as opposed to just promoting p/r products. Keep them coming.
You slayed that look. I can watch you all day. I just love . You have an amazing talent and I can just literally watch you all day. I learn something new everytime. ❤💖💗
Spencerrrrrr! You have no idea the influence you’ve had on my growth since I started watching your video. You make me feel like the things I struggle with, even as a 3+ year MUA, is NORMAL! Thank you thank you thank you for sharing your skill. You are honestly such an inspiration and light in the community. Xoxo
I got my MUA certification on the 10th of this month and watching your video gave me some great tips on not only knowing how to contour clients with round faces but my own as well! Can't wait to try this technique 😍 🙌
Oh wow. More how to please - this is honestly incredible, thank you for sharing ❤️ I’ve seen the looks you’ve created and I just love love LOVE the inspiration!
