The issue is likely with the "alpha mix" control channel. it must be set to dmx value 0 to allow the original color of the cue to come through. It is also possible you are using a cue which is white. If using a cue which is white, you must set the alpha mix channel to 100%, then set thevalues in the Red, Green, and Blue color channels.
I have a full board console from high end and 6 FB4 3000, do I need something else or do I need another thing or just connect the lasers to my dp output ?

you can use any console that you can build a fixture profile for based of the 39 control channels available over artnet for the FB4. I am using onyx, just finally got it all running and it's really really awesome.
