I've been struggling with negative thoughts lately, more like no thoughts actually. I feel like I have no thoughts throughout the day, feeling emotionally detached and isolated. I hope I can do some of the routine method you've suggested so my manifestations speed up!

That was a very positive uplifting video. Thank you, I needed that. I have been working on myself for 3+ years now, trying to not be so negative. Its been a process. Unfortunately life seems to have a way of throwing a wrench into my engine and I struggle to keep it up and want to just give up sometimes.
