That's wonderful but you still need your Roku remote to get to the app that says SuperBox or how you have it programmed even if you use the input button for the Roku (🏠) key.
Hello. I just bought a superbox s5 max. Now I have a hisense/roku tv ,I did the same thing you did to try and program my superbox remote to turn off my tv. It will not work. I know the rc200 superbox remote work because I tried it on my Sony tv, and it works fine. Any other settings that might be causing roku to not allow it to pair. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Only the ON/OFF didn't work or all the other buttons too? The programming is only for Infrared remotes, maybe your Hisense remote uses another technology like Wi-Fi or BT

Nope. I contacted superbox, and they said they could replace the remote, but as I mentioned, I had bought 2 superboxes. And the remotes work with my Sony tv. So I think it's the TV. I emailed roku but haven't heard back. Maybe soon. I will post if I hear anything. Thanks.
