Hi Carner, you video is amazing just what we needed, I plan to do the same from an EASA ATPL. Just one question, how did you learn the FAA operational regulation for the oral part of the ATP checkride? I know there are quite a few difference btw EASA and FAA regulations. THX!

Hey, the flight school provide the prep sheet for the students. Most of the questions are coming from the cheat sheet. All in all, it is not bid deal. You learn the differences in a month :)

Is it possible to convert the frozen license to the FAA license before completing 1500 hours? I have a work permit, but I haven't convert my Turkish license to FAA yet.

Hey, Thanks for the message. You need to have an ATPl to convert. Theoretically, you can have an ATPL in Turkey (or in Europe) without 1500 flying hours as long as you can credit some simulator hours (I believe max 100 hours). You can contact the flight training organizations in the US for better answer.

Hi Caner. Great video. Do you know if the order of taking the ATM exam and joining the ATP CPT course matters? Does it have to be ATP CPT course first and then ATM exam or can I do it the other way around? BR, Thomas

Hey Thomas, you need to have ATP/CTP course to attend ATM exam. Otherwise, you cannot take the exam.

Well it depends thousands of factors. Where are you from? How old are you? Can you afford your own pilot training? How much time do you have to pursue your training? Etc. If you give me details I can help you more

Selam çok sıkıştırırsanız 8-9 günde biter, aynı uçuş okulunda herşeyi tamamlarsanız 10 gün içinde bitirebilirsiniz. Ben kişisel olarak en az 12-13 gün öneriyorum. Bu sayede beklenmedik durumlar oluşursa işlerinizi yine de halledebilirsiniz.

As long as you have an Indian ATPL and Indian Issued Class I medical you are good to apply

I met a Chinese pilot in the Emirates, and He told me that there are 2 Chinese pilots in EK. I was shocked that there were only two Chinese pilots in EK. Can't you apply EK with a Chinese ATPL?

Hello, you need to have a greencard/citizenship/working visa to be able to work in the US. Having a flight training in the US does not allow you to work there.

It is through an FCC FORM 605. It is very easy to get it through an online application. No test, no training. 70$ one-time payment. You can get it after you receive your ATP license. So there is nothing to worry about.

You don't need to go FSDO. It's online and you get verification letter not from FAA but from your origin country's civil aviation authority.

Ibn order to work in the US, you need to have legal residency. If you don't have it, you can't work in the US even you take your flight training here

Hello sir..got one question to ask..i noticed on faa verification form the requirement to have atleast one pic type rating on FOREIGN CPL. I got only one rating on BD700 on my ICAO Lisence which is P2 with instrument rating and got required hours. Am i eligible for FAA ATP conversion.

You need to have flying hours on this type. I believe min 500. Otherwise your training requirements will be different than other pilots. You better check your situation with flight schools.

Most students convert their PPL certificate to FAA, attach a B737 rating, and then return to their home country and add B737 to their ICAO CPL certificate. However, the curious thing is that there is no MEL in my PPL certificate. Can I add B737 to my FAA PPL certificate?

I think you are confusing the terms. Why do you need to add a type rating to PPL? Assuming that you will fly commercially, you need to have a higher license than PPL.
