Can these run on quest 3? Are they downloadable and run locally without internet?

I like blocks. Can you make them: - Have a transparent background like a png? - Auto move back and forth on mobile rather than requiring the user to move their phone? I definitely like how on desktop it will auto move back and forth, and really wish the mobile version would do that instead of rotating the phone.
