there was another circular by Mumbai university in 2018 which stated its was 7.25 instead of 7.1 so which one do we use?

According to (2019) Circular by Mumbai University the formula is Percentage % = 7.1 X CGPI + 11 for 10 point Grading System camitc123.blogspot.com/2020/08/engineering-cgpa-pointer-to-percentage.html

Sir, I have my total marks obtained, so do I have to get the conversion certificate as well, as proof for CAP round,as the marks were provided to us separately and not in the semester marksheets.

Sir in my all 6 sems marksheet the marks and cgpa is mentioned but percentage is not mentioned so then also required to obtain the conversation certificate from the respective college

Yes, now enter your marks and during the CAP round you need a certificate.
