Color theme makes the space look really good but I'd like to suggest a few things. Hope you take it as constructive criticism. Dining area is a waste space when you want to make maximum use of an area. People only use dining like 2 hours a day. The design on walking into the apartment halving half a huge dead area at the start and then partition to make a tiny actually living space is far from practical. If kids live here there is going to be a lot of mess and impossible to tidy up if guests arrive suddenly. Imagine all their mess on the study table, then dining table, then the "sofabed" Long term this plan is going to make the house very cluttered. As soon as you enter have the sofa and TV unit. The other end of the room you can have either an open concept kitchen with a folding dining table. The rest two rooms can be bedrooms and have all the privacy much needed. Along with study table and all the shebang.
