I follwed the steps but when I go the print a label, The label maker makes a noise as if its about to print but stops and does nothing. Not sure what I'm missing, I followed everything that was done here. When I install the printer using the wan link, the dymo is not detected by the software, but I can print a test page from windows to the dymo. Is this a known issue? any tips on how to get it working? it is a Dymo 450 duo

While you use "DYMO Connect" software to print, it will default to send print to your previous direct connect printer, you need to chose the correct printer. If you still have trouble, please contact our support email for help. Our engineer can provide remote service. Thanks.
