How to convert Figma to Adobe Xd/Sketch or vice versa for FREE

It did better than other conversion programs and plugin's I've tried, but it doesn't transfer the images/pictures in the artboards. AND, it attaches all the artboards together making it 1 very large page. So there's still A LOT of work to "clean the transfer up"

when converting XD to Sketch, some of the images are cropped incorrectly. (Logos, images cropped into)

Good content, its works. But due to some figma features that XD does not have, it is necessary to create a file without using them.
