Hey Ted, I thought I had seen a video from you all where you put one of these on a Kubota BX, but now I can't find it. Can you point me in the right direction?
that quick attach you got is the worst design, junk, mine bent do to no top bar, i scrapped that piece of junk and got from kubota sister company a better design with a top bar.
How did you go about bending it? The quick attach has a cross brace to equalize both curl cylinders with no attachment on and shouldn't be used for any work without it attached to anything. Sounds like either you didn't have it connected properly or something as your attachment becomes the stressed member once its attached and latched properly.
wi11y1960 You don't need a whole lot of structure, you can manually push the curl cylinder in and out if this equalizer bar was not there. You're just pushing fluid to the other cylinder overcoming the drag of the seals on both pistons and glands. Its merely there to keep these two aligned, once you have an attachment on the bar does nothing, and you don't want it too because they are not that strong and doing work without an attachment is going to lead to this piece getting bent. I've had sticks flip levers just enough to unlatch one side of a grapple and I bent the equalizer, not a design fault, just my own.
