Hi My brp expires on 31st Dec 2024.but I also got euss. I have also created the ukvi account for evisa, and completed the application...Will I have a problem?
My BRP was valid until this Sept of 2024 but not sure why the Border control officer took my BRP back in may of 2024 when I returned from my home country saying that I no longer required as everything is online .. 🤦🏻♂️
No, they should not, as everyone will have to carry BRP card while traveling abroad till 31.12.2024 even if you eVisa. From 01.01.2025 onwards, you will only need an e-Visa to travel.
@@UKVI.updates what is your role in this process? Why do I had to inform you in time? of course I have applied for the extension & will get new BRP by the end of this month.
You help a lot of people here. Do you have any idea how to contact Home Office.? As too many email address showing in google. Not sure which is which.? Or any phone number of Home Office.? Thanks.
@@UKVI.updates Thank You So Much…. God Bless You. You’re such a Big Help for everyone. Especially those who don’t have idea what to do. Keep on helping people.
Hello, when I applied for an e visa, I entered my brp expiring date incorrectly...when I tried to update it, I could not get properly....please suggests me how to re correct please
@@UKVI.updates I did the same. I entered the my BRP expiring date incorrect . I entered my final visa expiring date instead of BRP valid until till date (31-12-2024) by mistake. So when I proceed with my application after completing the identity check app, there is a miss match shows and unable to complete. Please suggest any alternative to sort this.
Try to sign in from the UKVI email you received during account creation and follow the steps and change the expiry date to 31.12.2024 if possible otherwise just create another account and go ahead
Hi, This is really helpful. Can you please help me with the below query. I need to replace my brp to e_visa. Got an ILR Sttlement visa. Currently, I am out of the country for a medical purpose. Most probably I have to return to the UK in Jan 2025. Can I apply for e_visa while I am abroad? What are the rusks if something gone wrong while applying? Please reply.
Yes, you can create an eVisa account from anywhere if you have a BRP card and passport. All BRP cards will expire on 31.12.2024 and individuals will not be able to travel without an eVisa after 1 January 2025.
@UKVI.updates Thank you very much ❤️ I saw on the Internet that we need to send physical documents if we make any mistakes while applying. Is it true? Thanks again.
I dont think. You would be able to update once you successfully create your eVisa account. Try to avoid any mistake and double check everything before submitting online application.
Hai I have created a UKVI account. it says you have no recent applications When I sign in to the account. I have sign in through the link in the mail received from UKVI. Please reply if anyone knows about this. Thank you.
You dont need to worry if you have created your account. In some cases, it may take few day or weeks to view your eVisa. Try to sign in from a different phone/laptop or reinstall the app. if you still see the same message then wait few days.
Hi...Home office did not send my BRP after extension approval..I had to travel out of UK due to emergency...I had registered evisa before my travel...can I travel back on eVisa? The mail from UKVI mentions that I can...But you are saying I have to carry physical BRP card..I am confused
Hi. Every individual keep their BRP card till 31.12.2024 when travelling outside UK. If the Home Office decision letter says you will not be issued BRP card then it is ok to travel if not then call the Home Office for assistance.
Due to technical issue on my old email account. I’m one of the people don’t receive an email from home office. I’m afraid that maybe I can’t registered properly if I don’t receive the official email from HO. Please advice. God Bless.
I got email from home office about e-visa for myself , my question is how do I do e visa for my 8 year old son ? Do I have I have to wait for saprate email ?
Hi. Go through the email you received from UKVI during creating account and follow steps. If you still get the problem then reinstall the app or try on a different phone/device.
I got an email from Home office to ask me to create my UKVI account. Well, I had created my account, but there is no item for mt to confirm my identity. I am afriad i was not completed all the required steps.Would you please enlighten me what is wrong with me.
Sign in from the email you received from the Home Office during creating your eVisa account and follow the steps. You can also try to sign in from a pc/laptop.

Hi, I've created an account since may/2024. When I open my account I get a message saying we cannot show proof of your status! Could you explain to me how long it will take until my account to be ready? Thank you.
Hi I have done application on april and i received a mail that your e-visa is ready to view. When i opened it shows we cannot show the proof of your status. Why is that? I am bit afraid because i done the application before the mail from home office and still i didn't receive any mail from home office..is that okay.... please reply
Not at all. You must carry your BRP card when traveling outside the UK or return till the end of December 2024. You may also need a BRP to prove your right to work or rent until December 2024.
Try these 3 options. 1) Sign in to your account from the email you have received from UKVI and follow the steps 2) Sign in from a different phone or laptop. 3) Reinstall the app
I have created UKVI account but when I am signing in to link evisa there no option just saying you have no recent application then I tried signing in my laptop but same problem would you recommend me to make other UKVI account with a different phone number?
Try to sign in from the email you received from UKVI during account creation or reinstall the app or try to sign in from a different device mobile/laptop
@@UKVI.updates I did all of these but not getting any result would you recommend me to create other UKVI account using different phone number and email ?
If the indefinite leave is stamped in your passport then you dont have to apply for evisa. If the passport is expired then keep that old passport with the stamp and travel with both it and the new one together.
eVisa will be linked to the visa holder's passport. Immigration officer at any airport will be able to view their status online which will be shared and given access by the UK gov. eVisa has been tested by millions migrants and working perfectly. People can also prove their status through share code or by sign in to the UK immigration ID app if needed.
After creating the evisa as per the steps, will it show the Indian passport (my case) being linked to this account? Or how will the immigration check or verify at the borders when entering the UK? Should the passport be linked to BRP/eVisa? Do we need to take any actions? I couldn't see any details about the passport within the account. Please advise.
Once you successfully create your eVisa account, your eVisa will be linked to your passport. Immigration officer/Border force will be able to view your view eVisa/visa status. You will be required to update your passport or contact details in your eVisa account. Please watch my another video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-W5LbR5dfRFs.html
Hi, i am trying to scan my residence permit card which is indefinite leave to remain but it tells me i am scanning the wrong document and that i need to scan my BRP???
Hi I already make an account but the form is not coming Do we need to apply in any section? I’m student my brp is expiring on 31 December but my course is finishing next year
I am on T2 Minister of Religion visa, my cos suggests current leave expires November 25 and my BRP will expire 31Dec 24 but Home office decision lette doesn't suggest my current leave. Why Home office decision letter did not write how many years they granted my visa, could you please tell me regarding this issue?
They had to mention visa expiry date on visa decision letter which could be after November 2025 but dont worry, once you successfully apply for eVisa, you will be able to see actual expiry date of your visa.
What is your visa status? have you watched my video about facing problems when creating eVisa account? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8gnUTqtVDII.html
No, this is not a reason. Thousands of people created eVisa account without receiving an email from the Home Office. Is your visa still valid? Try to phone the Home Office and discuss it
Yes you can go but I would suggest to apply for eVisa. It takes only 10-15 minutes to apply. I heard from one of my follower who told me that when he was coming back to UK, the Border Force took his BRP by saying that you dont need it anymore as it will expire on 31.12.2024 which they shouldn't do like that. If in case they keep your BRP then how will you apply for eVisa?
Oh ok, you have to make NTL application first to get BRP card. Please watch my another video about it ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GadqUfmyGUQ.html
