It looks wonderfull, im going to try and grill in my fireplace as wel (start easy with sausages😂) but i tought you Cook above the red Hot coals and nog above the fire/burning wood. That put to side the meat looks wonderfull🎉
Exactly. Sorry I forgot to mention that. The heat was so good at the beginning and I thought I may not have the same heat later on to sear it (rookie mistakes :)).
Looks great. Just a reminder that the fats are aerosolized and can adhere to the chimney and result is one heck of a chimney fire. So be careful if you do this with anything fatty.
