In today's video I will be making this buka stew, it's very easy & beginner friendly. You can always adjust the ingredients to your taste and substitute.

goat meat
abodi
intestines
kidney
shaki( beef tripe)
tendon meat
ponmo( burnt cow skin)
3 crayfish cube seasoning
2 tsp of chicken bouillon
salt to taste
Curry
thyme
garlic powder
ginger powder
1 large onion
Pepper mix
15 tomatoes
10 large red bell peppers
1 pack of fresh chilly peppers (shombo)
3 large onions
3 habanero pepper
Palm oil
2 cubes of crayfish seasoning
