It was in Krabi I first saw rubber plantation tree. I remembered before when I was teaching in Nakhon srithamarrat every weekend my co worker or student brought me to their home. It was amazing experienced. Made me crave thai food now

Hey Paul, Thanks for your comments. Many recipes how to cook Pad Thai but my recipe is simple and quick. I removed dry shrimp and pickle radish out from my recipe because my wife doesn't like it. Feel free to add. Yeah let's get cooking. Let me know how is your Pad Thai turn out.
@@cookingwithmon I have made my Pad Thai today i will put up my Vid next week I have made this recipe over 1000 times one of my restaurants I have run in the past was Pan Thai so cooked it many times here. I love the fresh sweet salty and sourness to this recipe. but allways like to make sure there is a good hit of chilli
