How to Cook Chicken Curry - Filipino Style | Chicken Curry with Coconut Milk - Indian Recipe
Ingredients:
3 tbsp - olive oil
1 & 1/2 - shallots| onions
950 grams - fresh chicken (rub with 2 tbsp coarse salt/ wash thoroughly then drain)
1/3 cup - ginger
1/3 cup - garlic
3 tbsp - fish sauce| patis
2 cups - tomatoes
4 tbsp - curry powder mixed
("Koon Yick Wah Kee Factory" Curry Powder ingredients: Chili Powder, Turmeric, Star Anise, Chinese Cinnamon, Dried Parsley, Ginger Spice, Guhui, Chinese Prickly Ash, Clove, Caoguo, Yigui)
1 tbsp - chili powder
1/4 cup - coconut milk
2 cups - coconut milk
2 cups - evaporated milk
1 tsp - chicken powder
1 cup - carrots
2 cups - potatoes
1 cup - bell peppers
1 tbsp - lemon juice
5 pcs - spicy chilis for garnish
Cooking Time: approximately 50 minutes
