Garlic Mashed Potato
4 lb Yukon potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 1/4 cup (half-and-half /milk and heavy cream)
7 garlic cloves , finely chopped
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbs sea salt
2 Tbsp chives, chopped, for garnish
