Hello, I have an question about my Blackstone grill. I purchased my grill last Father's Day and left it outside with the hard cover and the heavy-duty material cover too. I season it three days ago and before I finished I used the blackstone Griddle Seasoning and Cast Iron Conditioner. Today I cooked on the grill and when I was done cooking I started to clean it with the scraper when it was warm I noticed orange color while scraping it all over my grill. Why was it doing that?? Hi HH, I BBq and smoke, lots of pork ribs. With this screwed up economy, pork, so far, is still very affordable. As long as they are done you can't screw them up.(like my Dad use to say, ''God gave you teeth, use them". I even like the bigger cuts of ribs, Spare and Kansas style cuts are all good. Bigger ribs do slow and low, or, hot and quick for the 'baby back 'ribs. My wife like's them kinda dried out so I can't lose. Ha... I do them wrapped and naked too , they all come out good. Of course I have 50 years of BBq'n under my belt.... Those do look delicious....
OOF, picked up a rack of these ($70 delivered). Should’ve read the fine print about the fat. Ate about 2 ribs and threw the rest away, couldn’t believe it. Glad yours turned out great HH! Keep on keepin’ on, brother!
