In this video, I show you how to make a Juicy and tasty lamb shanks and mushroom Samp. Samp is very popular in South Africa.
Ingredients:
Lamb Shank
2 Lamb Shanks
2 beef stock cubes
thyme herbs
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp crushed garlic or 2 garlic cloves
2 full tbsp 11 in 1 spice mix
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp lamb seasoning (six gun spice work well too)
1 medium onion
750ml of chicken/beef stock or water
1 tbsp worstershire sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
black pepper
Cooking Samp
1 Cup of Quick Samp
1 cup of Portobello mushrooms
shitake mushrooms
2 cups of chicken stock
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
mozzarella cheese
cheddar cheese
seasoning salt (aromat)
1 onion
1 tbsp crushed garlic
butter
