Plantain powder is made from sun dried plantain..you can purchase the sun dried plantain in the market or simply make yours at home. To make the sundried plantain all you need to do is chop some unripe plantain and place it in the sun for several days to dehydrate. Better still you can use a dehydrator to get the same result.
