How To Cook Nigerian Jollof Rice | West African Spicy Rice in South Africa

It doesn't matter where you are in the world, you can make Jollof rice. Let me show you how.
Ingredients used
To make a tomato puree
Blended Mixture
1 red onion
x2 red bell peppers
x1 green bell pepper
x3 tomatoes
x2 habanero peppers or x2 Tbsp of habanero sauce
1/2 cup of water
Method: Blend until the mixture is smooth.

Step 2
1 Onion white chopped
3/4 cup of oil
x3 bay leaves
1 tsp of crushed chili paste, turmeric paste, crushed garlic
1 chicken stock pot
1 Tbsp of Paprika
1 Tbsp chicken stock seasoning cubes
1 tbsp of Thyme herbs,
1 Tbsp of oreganum
1 tbsp of six gun / all purpose seasoning
1 tbsp of mild curry powder
1 Tbsp of chicken spice
6 Tbsp tomato paste
water to cover your rice
Salt & black pepper for taste
